Manzanita Beach State Park - A Small State Park on the Oregon Coast

Take a short trip to one of Oregon's smaller state parks - Manzanita Beach State Park. All of 1.25 acres. We'll take a drive and then do short walk around using the Autel EVO and Skydio 2 drones to get an overview of this park on the Oregon coast.
This is another video in a series covering Oregon's small and tiny parks.

Color differs from summer (marine green) to winter (steel gray) and, of course, depth. This is the Pacific Northwest and so the winter storms make for a very serious incoming surf. Thanx for watching!

Oregon State Parks are considered open to landing/liftoff (they have no jurisdiction of the airspace) unless posted otherwise. There are select parks where such postings appear.

Nehalem Bay State Park actually it's name

Point of clarification needed: Nehalem Bay State Park is south of downtown Manzanita and has, I believe, the largest camping area of any in the Oregon State Parks (ORPD) system. Manzanita State Park is a tiny area on the beach managed by ORPD, is listed as a separate state park and is north of downtown Manzanita with no camping infrastructure.
