For everyone wondering how to lower the hissing sound I’d recommend you use 0-25 gain level as it captures less background noise!

I have this one, but i realized the problem is not background noise but the internal hissing and it only happens in cardioid mode :(

Yes, the USB C connection is very nice. It's pretty unique for microphones, I'd say.

How would you compare this with the Fifine k678? In this video, you said you prefer this one when you posted the k678 before this. In your other video comparing all of them, you said you prefer the fifine, so i'm a bit confused.

I love maono gear...they rock i actually use their lav mic for my content creation ..i end up getting the fifine k670 instead...great review .also i think u can connect ur phone also

Nice video, what gain level was on the Maono when you make the recording and what did you do in post to clean up the audio? I received one and seem to notice a hissing noise.

Have you resolved it now? I notice the same problem with hissing and it only occurs in cardioid mode. I've send it to the service/warranty center because i think i got bad product but they say there's no problem but still replace the unit but it has the same problem

NVidia Broadcast will get rid of the area noises pretty well with this mic :) (RTX Voice)

In terms of sound quality, then it would be the Seiren Mini. But in terms of convenience and having more control over the microphone (plus doing sound monitoring), then that's the Maono AU903.

Yes, it can be hooked up to a boom arm. And no, I probably wouldn't recommend it for music recording.

@@TechSummitTV Thanks, I am leaning back towards the Samson G Track now because of all the options and software included. However Samson Tech support doesn’t recommend to use with the iPhone. iPad is okay but not the iPhone which I can’t see that it would matter much using it with a hub or another fantom power source. The Blue Yeti is much better in terms of sound, for sure. I've never been a fan of the Snowball personally, but I would say this one does sound better.
