Map composition with ArcGIS Amharic tutorial

A step by step tutorials for beginners starting from basic tasks in ArcGIS such as connecting a working folder to ArcGIS, adding data, projecting a shape file, clipping or masking and etc. up to standard map composition and exporting the map to use it for different documents.
The tutorial is narrated in Amharic language.

I am in the process of updating the 2012 Kebele shapefiles for mapping ( since I have been unable to find more recent ones, if you know of a more recent shapefile, please let me know.) I am now in search of Amharic translations of these Kebele names. I could go one by one and hope that google translate is translating accurately, but I was wondering if you knew of a translated list or shapefile somewhere.
