Thank you very much for these videos. I’m here in the states in Colorado and it is a lot of backcountry and I am so interested in just going and getting lost but know how to find my way back with a map

Thanks for the support. I wouldn’t recommend intentionally walking around blindly then trying to find oneself. I would recommend lots of practice so you get to the point where you can be flexible with the route that you take and only have to check your map / confirm your position occasionally. Key point lots of practice. Also videos 7-11 will focus on off track navigation. Cheers, Nat
