When I first heard this, my first thought was "this sounds like something from Vine Worlds" (I've played it so much so that's why it sounded familiar) and then I checked the OST... Now it makes sense, it was already a beautiful song back then, and you've made it even better here !

I don't even play Balatro, but when i heard that music on the VOD, i just knew i had to go here, it's really good I wish there was a seperate mod for just this music alone, it's that good, it makes me want to try Balatro, but this song has just become the new "main theme" to me even though it's for a mod That's right, i said it, i think this is better than the default Balatro OST

I'm not sure how you did it so well. I don't even own Balatro, but I can tell you've got the style down. This song kinda resonated with me in a weird way. It feels like the essence of human achievement in song form. Every invention, hurdle overcome, with the final jingle at the end of the part of the song. Definitely deserves a red seal, as it'll be played over and over.

Came up on my recommended, and this is such enchanting music to listen to. Perfect background music for when I'm doing other things, and also just a really nice casual listen. I've never heard of this Balatro mod, but I might as well download it for the music, if nothing else. And of course for Vinny.

SO pleased you've released this as a full OST vid - thank you! I really like the OG Balatro soundtrack but I've been obsessed with this version ever since watching Vinny's Cardsauce stream. Such an excellent job of matching the vibe of the original OST but making something fresh and original, I love it!

Yea! Watched Vinny's video of this the other day! This is a jam and a half dude. It's like an uplifting and relaxing kind of piece. It's fun, nonsensical, and like "bringing back positive memories" of something. It's a wonderful piece. You did amazing! Like ShrineFox said, it just matches the style and honestly, to me, maybe a bit better than the original.

I don't mean this as a dig at all at the original music but this is entirely what's given me motivation back to play Balatro. The vanilla track started low-level stressing me out to even hear after a certain point, and this is very much *not* stressful at all. If I had to describe the sound on display here, it's like a fusion between the Metroid 2 surface music and going to a local mall, which is fine by me.

This is so amazing! I don't play Belatro but I was listening to Vinny play the cardsauce mod last Monday and spent forever trying to find the music only to be surprised the music was not actually part of the original game! It's so good!

For anyone looking for a standalone mod early, put each music file from the mod into Audacity. Change Pitch & Tempo together to 42.5%. (This could change. Only did this by ear.) Replace the originals in the Balatro.exe via 7-Zip. Seems to match. Feel free to backup the original Balatro.exe before making changes.
