My favorite is that he never rushed the build. It took 24-25 years for him to reach that point! Good reminder for me and many others that patience is a virtue 💪🏽💯

My favorite part is how he taught himself everything just like I myself am trying to do with my DSM

I owed a mk3 supra and stopped the proyect when i reached 411 whp it had potential for 800hp. I bought the car when i was 16 and spend 3 years learning and rebuilding the car since rats made partys there and the car had rodnock , once i reweld the wires , rebuild the engine , forge the engine , programed the engine (this step was not by my self) then i started making good progress until one day decided to sell it for another peoyect that being my DSM , ive been owning it for a week but its a full not working proyect for now

Wow, I love these cars. Every time I see a video about one of these cars it just makes me miss mine more.. I have owned two talons,a 1990 and a 91. The 90 is one that I raced. It was a beast.. That's for sharing, love the video 👍✌️

This guy's story sounds like mine. My first love was in car audio. Did a ton of builds, then got old school cadillacs (slabs) and now into turbo hondas. Now getting into tig welding.

Gee! I had a 65 big block Caprice!....Have 1992 Talon (AWD MANUAL) since 2008.. On my third turbo system and fifth turbo (72mm). Borderline street ,, thinking going for rolling drag or 1/2 mile as 1/4 start breaks too many parts. Amazing how time flies working on your DSM.

@@PurpleSpcaeCadet oh man I want to find one bad. I had a shep stage 1 trans, ets fimic, 3in exhaust from the only company that made em for the gvr3, 850s for injectors, 3g mas, key diver chip. I had the typhoon butterflys even working it was sick. 4 bolt rear end deleted the 4ws. Thing was so fast..jdm front end and ce28s. Its 78/1k I had a thread on gvr4.org. I have a video of it on the 2 step ill post it here once I find it.

This is so inspiring to me because this hits home for sure. I know exactly what he is talking about, I live in New England and we also have long winters so that when we get the most done. I'm so glad that I'm not the only one that does things by myself, everything I put into my car or built was me alone and to see someone else with the same drive is awesome. I definitely need to follow this gentleman because he is such a inspiration for me to go bigger and better. 👍🏻👍🏻 On this video

My first car was a 90 GSX when I was 16 in 96. I had tons of fun learning with it, such a fun little car. The 'Big Cheese' where I got all of my parts from was a guy named Dave Buschar (sp) who was the first to make it RWD set many records.
