Would this have a good shelf life? I always get concerned when making my own infusions that they will go rancid or grow a bacteria of some sort.

I’m not sure.. the whiskey content is quite high so I’m hoping the shelf life will be ok… but it’s my first time making it… but to be honest, I’m pretty sure I’ll finish it within a few weeks so I’m not worried haha
