MapleLegends Chief Bandit Meso Explosion Tutorial Solo/Duo

Here is a full tutorial on how I use Meso Explosion on my CB at Himes on MapleLegends Maplestory v0.62 private server.
Recommended meso amounts:
-- lvl1 ME = 35+ bags of 2000 mesos (cast ME 4 times)
-- lvl21+ ME = 25 bags of 900 mesos (cast ME 3 times)
