@@amanie99 not a care in the world, just turning on the computer at 9am everyday playing until you got the "you've been mapling for 9 hours please consider taking a break" message and taking a mini break until you got back into it again after 5 minutes. Grinding away at Henesys PQ then KPQ then MPQ and sometimes LPQ after level 35. I never actually got past level 50 pre big bang back when pqing was the method to level up. Fk me just make me a kid again 😭😭😭😭

The nostalgia.. I kept on coming back for this song after years. MapleStory, the game of my adolescence. Remembering the days of doing PQ, friendly guild, non-stop chats that lasted till early morning, and it was those heart to heart REAL chats that shaped the now me. Thank you MapleStory, I will remember this game for the rest of my life. Often times I do open back the old screenshots I took last time in-game, reminiscence the good times I had. I kept the screenshots of this game with all the precious real life photos together in the hard drive. This shows how precious and priceless these memories are..

Yeah man. Sitting there, talking to people forever. About serious ass shit in your life. Creating insanely close friendships with people and going on quests and exploring places. Sitting in Sleepywood talking while the occasional player passes by and joins in. Sometimes that random player who strolled by would become another close friends and other times they continue their adventure never to be seen again. I remember going deep into Drake caves, grinding for hours and running into a random player doing the same. Both of us just F2 smiling occassionally and grinding the same monsters. Then after 2 hours of just grinding, we stopped and just talked for a long ass time. We became friends and he ended up giving me his account a year or so later. I couldn't ever go on it because it just felt, weird. I never talked to him again. In fact, all my maplestory friends are gone.. some I spent years and years talking to almost every day. Maplestory will forever be my favourite game. I had different groups of friends, I had people who would traded equipment for me for a fee. The economy and social aspect in that game was insane. The thing that originally kept me going, was wanting Flash Jump to get on top of the FM sign. Saw it when I was lvl 7 and was like I'll get up there one day.

I first heard this in like 2005-2006 when I saw a friend play it.. I liked this song in particular, but forgot about it till recently.. VRchat's Hwabon Night map has the song and as soon as I went there I remembered it.. I wish I could go back and play it with my friend back then

I was never here once because I was 7-10 y/o and never once advanced my level. I always wished to go there once because the place looks mysterious and magical just by looking at the map. 2013 is when I thought the game starting to turn downhill. I was finally able to go to this place once when I’m 100 level above. And I thought wow this place truly is mysterious, but magical... and sad. 2020 me right now listening to this, wishing that I could go back time

Interestingly enough this song is just a remix of the login screen theme, another of my favorite themes from this game. If you listen to the 'chorus' of both songs side by side you can hear the same riff in em. Beautiful...
