is kick a fullscreen attack or only when you are in the bm‘s bubble？

Push is a ranged attack. The bubble shrinks, so it's not dependent on the bubble. The push is approximately ranged like the size of the second size of the bubble. But again, the size doesn't change just because the bubble shrinks
