Hey, Overall great guide but few notes: 1. You didnt mention that if you walk too far the crystal comes back to you, which is extremely important for mobbing in big map because you want to locate 2-3 doors in a certain distance which makes u hit jav and do full clear with just entering inside the portal. 2. Vortex wings ain't useful right now but after dreamer it will be our 2nd mastery skill and it is suggested to add it to the trio instead of the spear. 3. The laser in the 5th job is the biggest source of damage during the burst so it is SUPER IMPORTANT to cast it right away after AB, If you miss it your burst is kinda screwed. 11:30 You don't get 2 separate buffs. The buff timer goes off on the last spirit you used. So if you pop a spirit, wait 20 seconds, and pop a second spirit and go straight into wings you get the 70% dmg bonus for the full 30 seconds.

Yessss very happy with your guide! Even though I consider Illium to be my main, I actually hadn't been doing the 20 second staggered crystal to get more damage so I was super happy to learn about that one! To anyone worried about managing the crystal, I promise it becomes second nature super quickly! When you used 1 fake crystal and 1 real crystal for training, I do tend to use 2 fake and 1 real instead as I find it easier to hit some random stragglers. Exactly how you laid your crystals out but I summon the 2nd fake on top of myself in the middle.. then aim yourself at the fake crystal so that your orb hits a fake and the real crystal while your spear hits both fake crystals. But this is probably due to my lower stats and legion where I need the extra bit of damage to clear the map. Wings of glory is great for looting as you already mentioned, you can use it to force teleport your pet around exactly where you'd like. Anytime you want to reposition your pet somewhere, just go slightly into the platform and your pet will teleport to that location!

If you do that, you don't have 100% uptime on the crystals and it's a lot more effort. If you're gonna do that you should just use gates to teleport around tbh.

@@YamaZombies I do maintain 100% uptime on my crystals. The crystal lasts for 30 seconds and the recharge time on them is 20 seconds so you can keep them up forever if you wish. But I fully agree on it being a lot more effort. I enjoy it more than relying on the gates to full clear as I can't have gates up 100%. (I still use them off cooldown of course!) Either way I think it's fun to just do what you like Edit- left the above as is, but cannot maintain 100% uptime. Yama is correct

@@TwistedEyes12 Well yeah, the crystals last 30 seconds and recharge over 20 seconds. You can't have 100% uptime on two crystals lol. But ye, have fun doing whatever you like. Gains are gains at the end of the day.

@@YamaZombies Just wanted to respond one last time and apologize. You're correct that I can't maintain 100% uptime on crystals forever. I tend to play after work and watch something as I grind so I'm not watching the screen replacing them the exact moment they go away. There's a solid 10 second delay to get your 2nd one back up and running. Sorry for any misinformation.

there is legit nothing complicated about db, kzbin.info/www/bejne/g6WvlmB5aq6ko8k covers 90% of db id say only thing to look up is its burst rotation which is laughably easy and optimal nodes to max n stuff like that

What's BA and AB link?

BA is Battle Analysis, which is how people usually measure what their damage over a certain period of time is, along with some other things like average damage per hit within said timeframe, EXP gained, etc. AB Link is Angelic Buster's link skill, Terms and Conditions, which gives a bunch of damage for 10 seconds. (90 second cooldown)

Illium plays like shadower. You have keep spamming 2 keys over and over (javelin and orb) to do your damage. It's very annoying.
