how do you still have 10 cuts while moving it on diff accounts? :O

As long as the item has never been equipped, you can pass it around characters without the cuts going down, it remains tradable.

If you rank it up from legendary to mythic using legendary rank up stones then the item becomes untradable. You would have to have fused it to mythic, pull it from treasure box, or land an emblem potential scroll on a tradable mythic item to get a tradable mythic@@alanduong2055
