Wow so I used to play MapleStory for the computer back when I was a kid. And I played the phone version that was out and was disbanned a few months back I think? But anyways. I didn't really understand this games logic much until I watched this. I played for 3 days , I'm lvl 90 now. I went HAM on my armor and weapons without looking into thing afirst. Watched this video and wanted to cry... Checked my briser epic claw and it's base is 660!!! That is the highest base and I'm so thankful I didn't just waste all those resources. Hey Mapler, really thanks for this guide I really understood a lot thanks to you! But I missed one thing: what does the letter in the top left corner of the weapon? I mean , that should be the potential right? What if I have a max damage normal weapon (I’m Corsair so 28) but the letter is only R( rare ) and not epic? oh and, is epic Corsair max damage 685? Cause I have upgraded a random normal weapon and I got to 685, checked on the trade station and that should be the max, let me know ;)

i am using a dark lord, which shoot 8stars at a time when bossing. i was thinking about getting higher crit rate, hence the halphas bloody mist claw. Is the crit rate gonna hit the cap when i reach lvl150? I advise anyone to enhance your epic weapon to 15 stars before you rank it up. If it breaks, it's cheap to find a replacement at epic, but if it breaks at legendary, you're screwed. (Unless you're a whale and have shit tons of protection scrolls.)

Hey, so I don't remember the attack for my beginning Briser Gun (I'm a Corsair lvl 89) but when it was rare the base attack was 201 which I believe is the max one. When I upgraded it to epic the attack wasn't max at it's base for some reason. it was about 650 instead of 662 which I think is the max from what I've seen. How can it be that it isn't maxed if it was maxed when it was rare (probably when it was normal as well, right?). I also have a normal Jaihin that I upgraded just a little and that is 28 attack at it's base which is the max (btw another vid said 29 but I didn't find any 29 attack's for a few days), should I just somehow focus on saving uo messo and maxing that one out instead? I'm really confused as to what the best option for me is right now.

Hey fish, how about weapon fusion? I'm playing dark knight and levelled up a suboptimal stat agares bloody spear to epic rank max level. After watching Ur vid, I'm now levelling up an epic rank briser spear to max level. I'm thinking of whether to rank the maxed out briser by using the rank up stones, or fusing the epic agares + epic briser to get a unique rank weapon. However I tried fusing rare (jaihin + briser) spear and got agares... Just kinda worried that if I fuse epic (agares + briser) I might end up with Utgard!!! Any advice? Thanks

actually in the early game its pretty hard to find as much as rank up stone especially when you need to upgrade from epic to unique . 4k gold leaf/stone and it would take like forever to find it 😂
