The chaos reduction is why i swapped from inherit to necro. I immediately saw the route as more expensive (if you fail 3x chaos->absolab 5%, that reduction cost gonna cost more than exalting a necro from 40->50) I am happy to have left the route. But if you dont plan to abso and content with chaos50, i would say chaos is the route for you !

I agree with everything being said here.. I love hearing the insight of other players as sometimes we can tunnel into something and not realize if the end result is what we want. That being said, some of the biggest issues for inherit vs necro is also: (in my opinion) 1. necro having higher base hp means %hp rerolls are also better. 2. With every mdc change increase, necro becomes more and more appealing. For a f2p perspective, I can see going chaos and then selling chaos fodder for necro pieces as a viable way to obtain necro.. I think chaos route is good if the person is truly a light spender/f2p and also have the time and means to exalt inherit as exalting necro is exponentially more expensive. I also think that overtime they will make a way for chaos users to progress w/o being gated by 3/3 mastercraft failures. As the game progresses, there will be more bosses, more power creep and it should follow that chaos will also be boosted somewhere along the way to create an easier entry to bosses for f2p/light spenders. Biggest reason why you shouldn't go chaos for me: pushing bosses as soon as they release.

Im still confused on the whole process. New to the game lvl 190 currently but I would like to see the process starting from a fresh piece of gear. Maybe something mythic then doing refine, and all the way to absolab with both routes necro and then one with chaos. Even just explained don’t need to see it physically.

Mainly look through the “fuse” tab. A lot of things in there and it’s very confusing but gotta read what’s in there and at least give you a decent idea. Also check out some of my progression videos. I do show the ranking up and stuff from mythic to chaos abso

Yo Echo loving the content, I'm on the Chaos route too, ilm yikes, kinda a little regret not playing the long game and go necro but it is what it is, I'm wondering how long has this character been playing f2p to be able to reach this sort of level? Thanks

Ohhhh it’s not f2p haha. It’s just I’ve been doing all these attempts f2p through my alts. But the “base” gear was funded via mesos through my paladin doing all the end game content. Don’t want to mislead but it’s definitely a long journey even for me

So do you regret or not? Wat does necro need to lower MC count? And isnt that % also low, 10%?

Whatever the item is it needs an item of that same rank. So if the item is mythic, mythic fodder. So if you going from chaos to absolab it requires a chaos item to lower MC count. No regrets for 2nd main.
