What recomendation weapon for new player + f2p . For My first lv200. Is ancient weapon oke ?

It's kinda hard to answer your question, it really depends on what you want to do, but since you are f2p i think it is fine but try to focus on exp set which I think is very good for long term. Personally all I did was build my utgard set to ancient and just farm for 2 years and getting my alts to sf160 all the nitty gritty stuff before i even think about bossing.
