I also have a little tutorial: so first get a picture for layer one put another layer on top draw the borders and water borders than delete layer 1 you can add mountain ranges or cities if you want but than take another layer but this time put it under layer 2 now draw red from out to in for your country and for blue ones too and than start animating use a lighter of red or a lighter blue for attackers and defenders than use the color in tool to color in the lighter red or blue to a bit lighter blue or red and keep on doing this till your animation is done (this is not easy)
