hi, every time I load the package I get this error: "Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘ggmap’ in inDL(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now), ...): ICU init failed: U_FILE_ACCESS_ERROR", what can i do?

Hello, Is it compulsory to set up billing? because I am still getting the same http 400 bad request error and this following error- "Error in aperm.default(map, c(2, 1, 3))". Why would I still be getting these errors? @Mary Falling please help with this

I think you do have to set billing, I kept getting errors until I set up the billing
