Instead of Player Lead Conferences, since Achievements are impossible anyway, use "Toolpack, but without the errors" It allwos you to core, state transfer, set puppets, civil war, spawn divs, ships, buildings, create Demilitarized Zones, set and add country ideology, create Factions... basically everything. I use it all the Time to play my 1936-1970 Playthroughs, I use it to create new political situations going off of Alternate History.

Fyi in the start of the game you lost your northernmost province, because ibañez sold it to peru. If you speedrun the civil war focus, you might be able to start the civil war before he does so.

[33:10] For that whole "the order doesn't work right thing", Have you tried pressing 'tab' while you are still drawing the offense line? That should cycle the starting point between the various splits. In this case, going from the end of the already existing offense line to the actual front you want it to start from. It's been a while since I last played HOI myself, but I have no reason to think they would have changed something like that. (Then again, this is paradox, and they work in mysterious ways.)

The game was ironman. I did not cheat. Its all about timing. If you attack too late Argentina is gonna have way more divisions. You also need to not attack way to early as for you army to not be very weak.
