Nothing wrong with this interview. People just like stories that demonize the ex or told in a horrible way. She's here to tell her story not to demonize her ex. She sounds like someone who has healed, and I love her and how she told her story with grace. May she continue to heal and find a man deserving of the gracious woman she is.

I totally understand your Story Mapuleng. Being a pastor's wife is way too complex. I was married to one myself for 7 years. I find it very difficult to even explain to anyone about our setup, considering that out of marriage two beautiful kids came out. But I am more happier since the divorce and I feel absolutely relieved. I am sorry about your experience, you are a beautifully gracious woman. Stay strong and more happier for the kids and yourself. Thanks Promise for the beautiful interview.

I know a pastor who is getting married to a wild woman. He has played games with her. They have been going on trips but no intercourse. This is frustrating her. She broke up with him but he showered her with gifts to come back. He got her a bigger ring when she came back. Not every pastor has been called by God to the ministry.

First time I watch your podcast, and I subscribed immediately. I like the fact that you ask relevant questions, just like us you want to know and get clarity. Coming to the lady I think she and the apostle were not spiritually on the same page, she says so herself. I feel she didn't do enough to play a pastor's wife role. I have big question marks about her role in the whole mess. I'm sure if we could hear the other side it'd reveal what type of a wife she is. Nice interview 🙏🏼

@giftyanntengey44646 ай бұрын
It's unfortunate when one gets married to a man with narcissistic behaviour. Obviously his 1st married might have ended due to his behaviour. I experienced similar behaviour from my daughter's dad who went the extra mile to try to paint me bad for the world to think I was the problem. He was later diagnosed of bio polar, unstable mental illness. You need to be strong mentally, emotionally and physically to be able to move on. My experience has taught me to teach my children not to accommodate people who attempt to gas light them. Let's train our children to speak out about domestic abuse.

People who are guests to podcasts must be willing to be open and speak about their experiences which can be rather educational or /and motivational to other people. If one is guarded then podcasts are not meant for such a person...as this particular guest. This is my perspective.

The big killer of christian marriages are: Being married to the church ad ignoring the life God blessed you with. Not having time for wife and kids. God wont give you a parter and leaves to alll temptation The other part we dont talk about is , the temptation pastors face in church, cos they are model men, and every womans ideal man. Temptation in church is huge like devil attacks every minute. Prayer with no action become meaningless. Even pastors need to be confronted when they go astray. Lets stop treating our pastors as holier than thou. We are human subject to corrections.
