i wish Malaysia can adapt the walking or cycling culture from Japan, but i think the main reason people dont prefer to walk that much is because of the hot weather. no one want to go to office with clothes full of sweats

I like this guy . If any Japanese want to live here , they actually should see this video cuz this one was more related to them since most of them that came here are like him . I'm not saying him or make him as a bad example , instead I was talking about his experience since a lot of Japanese have the same life style as him . Thank you for your honest review though . He's so honest that whenever he put a bad point , he didn't slid in the word ( BUT ) to make the point less bad 😂 he was just " if there's a bad point , then it's a bad point " . Don't get me wrong , we do love you guys to come here but at least be PREPARED cuz we do feel bad for your uncomfortable trip to here . Thank you again for your review Encik Masaomi !

Thanks for your comments. And I appreciate it. As you said, to be honest, I shot from a Japanese perspective! But some things have changed after living in Malaysia for a year, so I will try to shoot again from the perspective of having lived there for a year. I love Malaysia. I think it is a very wonderful country!
Here is the tips to keep your room cool if you dont have aircond. 1) Do not open wide the window during day, especially when weather is hot. 2) Install a long curtain to block sunlight. 3) Open window during late evening and early night to allow cool wind to come in.

Masaomi san, where do you buy your groceries from? Pork and beef are sold everywhere. You can get them from the market, or supermarkets like Aeon and Jaya Grocer. Beef and chicken are usually placed side by side in the same refrigerated area. Pork is sold in the non-halal section of the supermarket. For Jaya Grocer, pork is sold next door in Hanks.
@masaomi1692 жыл бұрын
They don't sell it in my neighborhood, so I have been visiting other supermarkets. I've been to the market a few times and it's very lively and has a great atmosphere Thank you very much for all the information.

I just want to touch on one bad point here and nothing more but bear with me as I am only stating the obvious (well, maybe not for some) and not to insult others with such habits or interest. From my observations, Japanese and Koreans are often complaining about alcohol prices while in Malaysia and is a bad point. However, it is actually devil in disguise. How come? Well, in driving for example; if you can make sure you can drive safely, it doesn't matter if you are wearing a seatbelt or not, right? However, wearing a seatbelt is proven to be more safe for you because you might not know how others' driving behaviour that would harm you regardless of how good your driving skills is. Same with alcohol. Many believe that moderate alcohol consumption may provide some health benefits. However, eating a healthy diet and being physically active have much greater health benefits and have been more extensively studied and even if you are drinking safely, there are others who don't that might developed violent behaviour towards you. Keep in mind that even moderate alcohol use isn't risk-free. For example, even light drinkers (those who have no more than one drink a day) have a tiny, but real, increased risk of some cancers, such as esophageal cancer. Over long-term, it will overload your liver and other illnesses such as mental disorder, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke and many more. Why many didn't point out the risks but promoting health benefits despite how little it could actually benefited you and the bad actually outweighs the good? Money! Corporations had been utilize it sources for decades for propaganda that benefitted them and over generations, this is the results. Same with dairy industries that we thought the more you drink milk, the more your bone become stronger and healthier. Well, guess what, studies shown that excessive intake of milk could have adverse effects in which consuming too much milk can actually make your bones brittle and more fragile, among all other setbacks. It is true milk is supposed to be good for our body since its the base food that we we able to consume, but for us human, it only applies to human's milk. Cow's milk is good for cows and so on because in mamalian milk for example, the composition ratio of caesin:niacin is around 80:20, about the same with all mammals except in human milk which is in reverse ratio, around 20~40:60~80. Yes cows milk gives us calcium but based on the composition, we only get a little from what human milk could provide but at the same time we took lots of unnecessary compound that later will need to be broken down and excreted from our system, leading to unnecessary overload to our internal organs. So the best source of calcium is from vegetables. But these studies are not made known as widely as it should be and can only be found within academic research centre or if ones actually look for it. How come? Well, because the power of dairy products corporations that controls the media for their corporate growth, and same goes to alcoholic beverages. Therefore, higher price of alcohol is actually a good point and should be treated the same as in higher price of tobacco. Hopefully those decided to stay here could reduce and eventually quits taking alcohol due to its high prices. And that is if ones want to change their lifestyle and become healthier. Its your body, your choice. I am just throwing my two cents here. Anyway, have a good day and enjoy the rest of your stay.
@masaomi1692 жыл бұрын
First of all, thank you very much for all your comments. And thank you for the feedback on the drink! Actually, the devil incarnate>> I think you are absolutely right. When it comes to alcohol, there are always dangers. For example, drinking can cause accidents, and I also believe that not drinking is the right thing to do. I have no objection to that. I read with great interest your comment about alcohol and dairy! I learned a lot from it. We all know that alcohol is bad for the human body. It is just like cigarettes, and if you think about it, it is probably normal to raise the price. Since I came to Malaysia, the amount of alcohol I drink has been decreasing, so if I keep it up, it should be less of a burden on my body! It's also true that I'm thinking of quitting eventually! Yes, thank you for caring about my body as well. Also, thank you for your heartwarming comments. I hope you'll come back to see me.

21:50 When I first got my driving license, fresh from driving school. I drive soft and smooth. But I notice other drivers will not give way if I continue doing that, they ignore me. So we, the Malaysian drivers are shaped by the environment itself. Why and when Malaysian drivers became rough? I too do not know the answer. But I can confidently say we all drive smoothly when we finished driving school. However I think driving around in KL and Selangor state is still great. Most drivers are kind and considerate. But among Malaysian, there is Penang state that are infamous for having the worst drivers in the country. Maybe try to visit Penang, and you will appreciate the drivers around your living place more. 🙂
