Actually even in Tamil nadu almanac vary in some aspects. One of our relatives who follows Srirangam Almanac fixed a marriage date and gave advance to a kalyana mandapam. They gave advance and informed Bridegroom family. They follow Snake almanac ( pambhu panchangam). As per the snake almanac it was indicating Marana yogam. They did not accept. Hence one more date was fixed after mutual agreement. Another mandapam was fixed loosing the advance given in first mandapam. Hence people are also in confusion Even I'm same type of vakya panchamgams this discrepancy or disagreement is there for some days. If possible please explain more on such subjects
