Many such incidents are happening every now and then since years, so many men and their families go through this trauma and harassment and go unnoticed. Everyone involved in such vile acts, whoever and wherever, must be rightly punished. Strict action must be taken to stop such extortions and harrasments. And this DV act, 2005 is an absolutely stupid, absurd and prejudiced law, which does not talk from a neutral point of view, and reverses everything without solving the main issue, in most of the cases. The word "woman" should be replaced with "spouse" in this law at first with utmost priority.

मेरा नाम मनीषा है। मैं हरियाणा से हु। यहां बात लड़का या लड़की की नहीं है। पर ये सच है, इस देश का सबसे भ्रष्ट संस्थान अगर कोई है तो वो न्याय पालिका है, वकील , जज सब बिकते है । सबको पता है यहां सब के रेट भी तय है। पर कोई नहीं बोलता कोई आवाज नहीं उठता चुप रहेंगे तभी तो मिल बाट के खायेंगे। मेरा 10 साल से केस चल रहा 307 का । मेरे पति और सास ने ने मुझे मारने की कोशिश की पर वो बैरी हो गए क्योंकि महिला जज को पैसे खिलाए गए। पुलिस,वकील, जज सब बिके । अभी भी वहीं हो रहा है ,आगे भी यही होगा ।जब तक हम जिंदा हैं कोई नहीं सुनेगा और मर जायेगे तब हम अच्छे भी हो जायेगे ,हमारे आशु भी सबको दिखाई देगे और लोग मन से सुनेगे भी हमारी बात को ।

Not only women but also men come out on the streets to protest, and it's not wrong to protest. But when the same thing happens to a man, when a man is falsely accused of rape, how much does society and the law help him? No one thinks about the damage done to his reputation. And when a man is molested or raped, how many people listen to him or understand his situation? In fact, they often make fun of him and avoid the topic altogether. It's not taken seriously because our country's laws don't even recognize that something like rape can happen to a men. If our law doesn't consider it rape, then how can the punishment for rape of a woman and a man be the same, and how can society take this matter seriously? And while it's wrong to take dowry in any form, and there's a separate law and punishment for it, why isn't there a strict law against alimony? If taking dowry is wrong, then why is taking alimony not wrong? I'm not saying that no one should pay alimony, but when a woman is earning and independent, and the decision to divorce is hers, then how can she demand money from her husband on any pretext? What right does she have over her husband's hard-earned money? Our country has very strict laws regarding women, which is a good thing, but what about men? When will this exploitation of men end, and when will our judiciary or government think about this and make strict laws on these issues?
