I don't think it was the rosary. Guessing from the way he fixes the collar of his robe, I think it was the robe. Explaining why he's still too scared of coming out. I think the redness of Archie's nape is because the rosary or the robe irritates his skin meaning that it is not what he really is built for but still he chooses to wear and fight it just to be accepted by the community

It was from wearing the robe, not the rosary. They made the symbolism extremely clear in episode 5, time stamp 23:45. He took off the robe, but kept wearing the rosary. I think the way they did it makes it even more meaningful

Sa mundong puno ng mga mapanghusga at hindi sang-ayon sa ating kasarian, patuloy pa rin nating ipaglalaban ang ating mga karapatan dahil tayo'y kabilang. Sana marami pa ang makapanuod nito, hindi lamang sa ating komunidad, pati na rin ang ibang taong hindi pa rin mulat sa katotohanan. Kudos to the team and to Direk JP. The storyline, the casts, the acting, the scripts, what a masterpiece, indeed. I really commend the use of Philippine mythology as episode titles, I loved it so much. You can't describe how beautiful this series is. I loved her with all my heart Please make a season 2. Okay. So ,i just watched the entire series since this morning and just finished the last episode. I must say this is truly a masterpiece everyone must watch. The storyline is incredible and evrything makes sense. I can relate to some scenes and for sure others can really actually relate to most of it. I'm not a fan of Filipino BL and oftentimes I watch few episodes and then drop it. However this is s masterpiece, it's the first Filo BL I finished and i finished it in one sitting. This is not a series to cater to the bl fans, it's more than that! This series has substance and message that is conveyed to us viewers. A special lesson that regardless of gender love is love and nobody has the right to judge, to say that it's wrong because it not. Every faces of love is beautiful🥰❤️
