Hey thank you! That's very kind of you to say! The making of it was actually pretty scuffed-I recorded the slideshow using Twitch Studio and the audio on my phone and did some light editing in a free app-but the next two videos I plan on doing (one on geology, one on both geology and history) should be slightly more high-quality (I plan on having a proper mic by then).

This Rocks... But I've heard that you're Shale or 10 0'clock 11 o'clock. But seeing as we're talking about rocks here, it's a shame that there isn't an inanimate first person singular or inanimate first person plural. Because how will the rocks refer to themselves.

This video was a completely random recommendation to me and I enjoyed it a lot. The reading at the end was a tour de force. Would you describe an abgedi as a syllabary? Like hiragana and katakana? I'm a native Arabic speaker and abjads are both awesome and a pain sometimes.

Abugidas and syllabaries are similar, but not quite the same! In a syllabary, every consonant/vowel pair has its own symbol; for abugidas, the vowels modify the consonant, but it technically isn't a completely distinct character. For example, in hiragana, "ka" and "ki" are か and き-visually distinct characters-whereas in Devanagari, kā and ki are का and कि, with क being the base consonant "k" and diacritics giving the vowel sound.
