I think you're doing fine re: amount of videos, man. Do whatever you gotta do to prevent burnout, but if you had to go with fewer videos than this, it'd be all cool. The quality makes up for the lack of quantity.

I didn’t notice the sped up animations. I don’t think it’s necessary as it helps you reach that 10 minutes mark and means less editing for ya:)

One Video a week with this quality is pretty good for a game like this with little content. I do prefer arena videos but seeing them too often would probably get stale, so mixing it up with these GHB ones is a nice idea.

Why don't you just get a spd + version of boey and get the Def refinement instead? All that's gonna change is that he gains one speed because the defensive refinements are more effective in total stat gains
