Answer me one question - are you on some kind of TRT and do you have balls of the size of peas? How is it possible that you're not crushing your balls on this bench? I tried it and it hurts worse than after a kick in the balls

Haha, must be the funniest comment that I have received on this channel. I can say to the first part of your question that I am not on TRT. You are positioning the pad to high, adjust it a bit lower. I am using this bench to do a hip hinge, that means the hips should be free to move and not blocked by the pad. So you have to position it about mid to high thigh level. If you will position it too high then you will block the hips and probably don't have kids anymore.
