That ice at the start of sector two is killer if entered wrong - could this be the race where we see overlapping?

Especially when there's a group of marbles. It's either going to be a very entertaining race for first or, I'm afraid, someone's going to get to first place, not have to deal with the chaos of the group colliding with each other there, and just break away more and more every lap. If that breakaway occurs then overlapping (and thus returning to the chaos of the group) is pretty much the only hope of a competitive race. Places like fourth and below (perhaps even up to second) should be heavily fluctuating though.

@@bolbyballinger I think it'll be quite the opposite - going through the banked turn alone seems to make you more likely to hit the wall in the ice section, so I'd assume maintaining a big lead is gonna be more difficult.

Sector two is going to be a bloodbath with every lap. Even those who qualified in the lower third have a legitimate shot if they can sneak past the carnage. I still got the O'Rangers winning again though #OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

A slight bad bump on the ice and you get eaten, I wouldn't be surprised if we get a yellow flag there.

Don't be too certain. The ice section can slow anyone down but it's especially a killer when in a group. Pretty much every other race has seen a leader with a good sized breakaway (whether they held it or not) so they might be able to stretch the lead more than ever before here by virtue of not being mixed up in the chaos.

Really enjoyed this quali!!!!! I do have one recommendation. Cutting to the camera on the finish line every time a marbles passes gets a little tiring. Maybe changing it so the little box in the corner is displaying the marble crossing the finish line, and the marble out on the track gets displayed in full screen. I just find the full screen shots of the finish line a little jolting every time (and in a qualifying it happens 20 times). Just an idea... Been really enjoying this season so far!

This track is so creative and perhaps the most entertaining course of the season. The race for poll could’ve been for anyone to win so Sundays race will definitely have a lot of lead changes!

Very impressed by Wispy's tenacity today. Made the best time in Q1, then regained the podium in the last lap of Q2. He manages to always build up a lot of speed entering Sector 3, but the real challenge in this track is that ice segment; I'm already expecting so many lead changes and so much fun in Sunday's race. C'mon Midnight Wisps, I know you can make us fans proud of you this season!! #WillOfTheWisps

That was rough for Hazers. Excited to see Smoggy finish well then just get to watch as marble after marble pushed them down more and more until the just missed getting out of Q1. Pole position is important in these races, but perhaps that ice will be an equalizer. It was certainly causing havoc with the pole position battle.

Drops have to be followed by long straights, otherwise you got the Envision vs Audi incident at Jakarta

No easy win on this track... I can definitely see the Wisps or the bolts coming out ahead on this track. They demonstrated during these qualifiers that they were in full form and they knew how to take advantage of this circuit. The only question is if they are able to maintain this momentum in a long race. That's typically not an O'Rangers track, too much bumping on that ice section. Especially for Clementin who likes a smoother race, so I doubt they'll make it a double. They should have gone for Orangin again. Tumult is of course, exactly in his element: Chaos and bumping. But as we know, the Balls of Chaos are nothing if not inconsistent. They will either end up in front, or way in the back. Savage Speeders and Crazy Cat's Eyes are always strong contenders to watch in these events. They're hard to take by surprise, come wind or hail, you'll have to contend with them. Hazers barely missed Q2, but this is a track that suits them. I can definitely see Smoggy clawing his way back to a podium. I'd say the opposite about Mimo. Despite a good qualifiers showing, he usually falters in long races. I would be surprised if he maintains a top 10 position. All in all, this is a hard one to predict. I can't wait for the race.

Very worried for that ice section, it killed Cosmo's run by bouncing between the walls, and caused all sorts of problems in the 10-marble race. It's gonna make or break many a marble on the actual race.

That fin in the middle of the speed boost was a lap killer. Most of the field used the fin or hit the side of it and lost tons of speed. The ice entry is also seriously harsh if entered wrong and Red Eye showed exactly how to do it in the sprint. This will be interesting.

The first and third sections are where CCE will shine. Specifically turn two with that high banked curve leading into S2 will be a big tell on whether or not CCE will win this race. These tracks really have no flow, and the constant coming to a dead stop on the corners coupled wirh sections that cause pile ups make it more like a lottery than a race. A marble's race can be ruined with absolutely no chance of ever coming back because of 1 unlucky bounce,.or through no fault of their own because of a marble stopped dead on the track. It makes for a very frustrating viewing....
