Marbula One: Short Circuit GP Qualifying (S1Q6) - Marble Race by Jelle's Marble Runs

Welcome to the 6th Qualifying session of the brand new Marbula One! (Marble Race, Formula 1 for marbles). IMPORTANT: Marbula One season 2020 WILL CONTINUE despite the COVID-19 situation! Everyone at JMR is safe and we were able to record races 7 and 8 already. Please enjoy, leave a LIKE and SHARE this race with our fellow sports fans who sadly have almost nothing to watch at the moment!
This weekend, our racers will have to master the course of the Thunderbolts, the Short Circuit! Held in a time trial format, the qualifying will determine the starting grid for tomorrow's Race.
NOTES:
- We will adjust the qualifying format slightly for the next race, releasing lesser marbles at the same time. Thank you for your feedback!
- The name "Marbula One" is copyright protected, we reached out to the F1 trademark department and they were nice enough to assure there will not be any problems with us using the name. We are NOT associated to Formula 1 or its teams in any way.
- Season 2 is expected to start in late summer 2020 (under subject to changes).

Yup, Prim was 4th and 2nd in races as well as 5th, 1st, and 1st in qualifiers. On the other hand, Mary was 16th in qualifiers once (I think) and 16th, 15th, and 16th in races - And the 15th was only because Wospy fell of the conveyor belt.

Pulsar needs to do a re run. Galactic are in the title race, an error like that could have major consequences.

The thing is though, how would the marble ahead of him impacted Pulsar? If he was fast enough to bump into Speedy or whoever it was, then both would've had redos, but since he didn't, the JMRC probably just assumed they were going at top speed. What if Pulsar asked for a redo after he went? They could've put him in in the last slot.

@@jayvandeberg732 It's not about Speedy being in front of him, it's about the initial launch. It wasn't a clean release from the belt and caused him to jostle around at the start killing his speed. His first split time was the lowest of any marble as a result.

Good solid qualifying for the rollers.. nice to see rojo dos actually putting in a good stint. Been qualifying to far back to really make an impact.. last race was a massive improvement and it's good to see them carry that into qualis this time round

Pulsar did the honorable thing by going slow. When the track crew messed up and released him early, he could have gone for it, and possibly ended up crashing into the Savage Speedster racer to both of their detriment. Seeing such great sportsmanship makes me proud to be a fan of Team Galactic.

I think Pulsar should have been given a second chance there. He had to slow down to not interfere with his fellow racer.
