THANK YOU. This was super helpful as I have been contemplating the mini vs the small. I also love the mini since I do not want to carry a larger tote around with me. When you said the Small is almost like a Medium tote, that was my deciding factor. Great video!!! I cannot seem to find the mini bag in the Lavender/purple color. I only see that in the small.

I have 3 canvas, 1 mini and 2 small. I have to say, the mini one for me is the best. Small size may be suitable for the ppl who is carrying a laptop everyday.

Hi. Nice review, exactly what I am looking for! Two questions, though, as I have yet to decide: 1. For the mini leather, do you think I could bring the strap to a leather shop so they can make one or two more holes as I’d like it shorter (like how you carry the mini canvas)? 2. For the small canvas (or leather), do you think a Macbook would make it bulge at the bottom of the bag (making it not a flat bottom anymore) if you’re carrying it?

It won’t if you add a good quality bag organizer.

Yes, I think a cobbler could add additional holes to the leather strap. And, yes, I think the weight of a laptop would cause the bottom to bulge out/down a bit. You could purchase a bag organizer to prevent this though.

Does the bag zipper close fine without movement on the magnet?

I find that I have to hold the end of the zipper to zip it up and then I tuck the end into the loop to get it out of the way.

what is your ipad size ? 11 or 12.9, and can you put that ipad inside the bag and zip it ?

With the case on, my iPad is 7.5”x10”. I can fit it into the mini and zip up the bag but it changes the shape of the bag a bit. It will easily fit into the small tote though.

The extra loop has a magnet so the zipper stays in place.

There is a magnet in the loop and a magnet at the end of the zipper pull. You can tuck the end of the zipper into the loop.

As someone else commented, Marc Jacobs changed how they named these sizes shortly after I made this video so I think you are correct.
