If marc had a better band and background vocals, this show would be phenomenal.

Después de ver y escuchar a Pablo Padin, de la banda Dios Salve a la Reina, hace que Martel me parezca muy simple en la imitación vocal a Freddy....canta muy bien pero imita muy mal a la voz de Mercury, no se le parece en nada.

Why does it bother me when anyone else does Freddy?? Adam does his own take so I think it is only singers that totally imitate Freddy like Marc. You can't copy a god!

Adam can’t come close to doing what Martel does. And, no, Marc is not imitating Freddie and performs 100% as himself. Also, go listen to Lambert, if Martel bothers you. Seriously! Go watch Adam play a guitar, piano and lead a band. Oh, wait! He can any of it! Can’t lead a band just by batting your eyelashes, you know?!

At first I think Martel was a great singer that want to give Freddie a tribute in a respectful way, but with the time he changed and is trying to imitate Freddie’s movements in stage, sometimes exaggerating, and it looks like he was making fun of Freddie’s stage presence. I love that his voice is similar to Freddie’s voice, but you don’t need to try to imitate his showmanship because Freddie was unique on that. With Mark Martel fabulous vocals and piano playing he does not need to act with funny movements around the stage. I like his voice, but he does not have my respect like before. Great musician anyway, I think Freddie’s death is improving the economy, because a lot of people are making money from his songs, books, merchandise, and selling stories with real content , others full of lies about him, being a great source of income in this days.

Martel is not trying to imitate Freddie’s movements. He is just moving big as opposed to standing still and he is clearly having fun. He has to play piano quite a bit during the show, so movement is limited. When he gets up he spills his energy into the audience. Nothing is wrong with that. Stop picking on the guy and just enjoy his showmanship! Not so long ago people were crying “he doesn’t have the showmanship… blah .. blah” And now that he does, you are complaining again! He shouldn’t have to apologize for expanding his energy to the last row. That is what performers should do to reach every person in the audience, which Marc does brilliantly. And that is pure Marc and has nothing to do with Freddie.
