I had a Marca Cordier Tenor Sax Reed Cutter and it did the job very well until the spring that holds the reed in place while you cut, snapped. I contacted the company via their web page customer service, email and even sent two written letters (Royal Mail to be signed for) including one to the two Managing Directors. I have never received any response at all!!

I am very sorry for what you mentioned. I have mine from years ago. I'm sorry to tell you that I'm only doing a review and I have no relationship with Marca. I was a distributor for a few years in Chile. I was talking to [e-mail] maybe try writing to him. Luck I hope you have an answer.

@@MarcosContrerasMusic Thanks for your reply, Marcos - I didn't mean to hassle you. But I just can't understand why a company that I thought to be reputable could have such disregard for it's clients. I'll try sending an email to the person you mention - I already wrote him a letter, but who knows maybe he reads his emails.
