I just watched this movie. It was absolutely wonderful! There is so much more to this film than you think. Yes it is cute but when you delve into the character of Marcel, he is so interesting.. Yes, he is only a shell, but look how he lives and how he enjoys his life. It was very well done and I enjoyed it very much. Oh, and his song "Linger a Little Longer" was so touching. I highly recommend this film to anyone! It was very moving Pulls at your heart strings.
