Since this show was pre-recorded in Oct. 2019 the results were already made. the votes came from what they call Super Fans who were selected by AGT Champions producers. Apparently they decided that a non singer was going to be chosen. Simon was negative towards Marcelito because he led all contestants in popularity by a good margin however; Angelina Jordan was another high on viewer popularity and should have been in the top 5 (she was pitted against Marcelito in the top 10 finalist and bumped out). have a super day from Texas
