He is truly gifted he has no formal training in music or voice lesson actually he only grade 3 in elementary, there's a reason behind his success from rug to stardome. At age twenty 25 he joined the talent search in 2011 he lost at same year he joined to another talent search which is Pilipinas Got Talent and he won a grand Champion that's where he started his career as a professional singer, the prayer that his winning song in grand final, from then he became popular thru out the Philippines as a dual voice singer because most of his songs are duet song, but his favorite is The Prayer because this gave him success , imagine he sang this song for almost ten years that's why he perfect sing this song. Actually, it did work out the way he wanted it to. If you notice he looks in that direction many time and when he finished that part of the song he sticks his tongue out in that direction. That was directed at the sound engineer who was teasing him just prior to that.

Hi there a little about marcelito and things you want to know about him.The videos you have watched was recorded on the wish bus in the city of manila in the Philippines in 2017.He did go on AGT and sang and got right to the finals,but the whole show was a fix the winner was decided long befor the show even ended.Marcelito was most upset that they did that to him.He has been touring the world singing and doing sell out shows.He has infact just made five millon at the start of 2020 and is still raking in more money.He has also recorded more songs and sang with others.His normal voice is not female he can sing either male or female his idol is celine Dion and has met her last year in USA and even celine said how good he was at singing her songs.He is going to tour all over germany once this corona virus has stopped infecting people.He is now back in the Philippines in February 2020 home to a heros welcome as hes well known by everybody in the Philippines as they are all very proud of him.Him his friends and wife joan have set up a food distribution centre to help all the people he can that are on lockdown that has no food and cant get out because of the corona virus,as he himself is also proud of his own people and is helping by delivering food every day.Once this virus has ended and all is safe he will return back to touring all oner the world and doing record deals.Any messages you want to pass onto marcelito send them to me with your email address and I will pass them onto marcelito as Iam visiting later this year and Iam in contact with him my email address is [e-mail] you for your nice comments Tony

He already had an album, he was touring the world for Filipino communities, he went already to Ellen Degeneres TV Show, check it and he is scheduled to meet his favorite singer - Celine Dion which he sung her song - Power of Love. Marcelito has dual voice which perfect for both female and male voice, you can hear his normal voice in his duet with morissette at the wish awards night.

The real voice is when he talk so its troth teckic pulling troth back and forth, back for deeper voice and forth for high voice and the fremale sound is a mix of falseto and scream but this dont sound like that because of his soft air he push to his troth and mouth shape closed and round when he sing fremale sound like a flute so to say and mowe his troth back for deeper voice like a basun open mouth and normal sound and head voice if you can see my picture of his voice.

Great reaction! You knew what to expect but you have forgotten exactly how Celine Dion's rendition sounds. Marcelito sings this song exactly like Celine Dion's rendition. He even pronounces "love" exactly like Celine. She tends to put a little "r" sound in that word. Perhaps you have confused Dion's rendition with the original by Jennifer Rush. In my opinion, this song is Marcelito's best cover. As you can see in my previous comment, he does covers of both men and women, however, it appears that he favors doing Dion covers.

Sorry to say but I hate it that it's always written or said "from Celine Dion"... this song has NEVER and will NEVER belong to Celine Dion. The only singer this song belongs to is Jennifer Rush who produced it in 1984. The song was released in December 1984 and became a number-one-hit in Canada, Australia, New-Zealand, Great Britain, Ireland, Austria and Norway. It was just covered in 1987 from Laura Brannigan and in 1993 from Celine Dion and none of both reaches Jennifer Rush. And Celine Dion should thank Jennifer Rush on her knees that she got the permission to cover this song, because it leads to her international breakthrough. So please, truth and clarity and glory to those where it really belongs to. But away from this, Marcelito Pomoy is pure genius and thx to you, newgirl, for your reaction ;-) Keep up the good work.
