Your amazement is not at all surprising. Marcelito Castro Pomoy IS THE REAL DEAL. I had the great privilege of meeting and watching him in concert in June in Toronto. Check out his life story; it is worthy of a movie. Watching him live was like an out of body experience. The videos DO NOT do his voice any justice. Proud to be Filipino. Cheers from Toronto.

Hello Shannon... how are you... I like you never heard of Marcelito Pomoy until after he did AGT (01-13-2020). In fact I did not see his performance live; but rather, it was after all the Buzz I saw online following his AGT performance which lead me to KZbin where I saw it. Let me say that I was blown away initially not by his capacity to sing in two registers (others have done it), but to switch registers so seamlessly within a breath of the next note. But his voice was what sealed it for me... the Celine Solo was pretty... I was impressed, but more so by the Andrea Solo... it made me tear-up. The Celine voice was convincing and so soft and delicate, whereas the high notes he hit were clear and focused, never strained... beautifully done; but OMG his Andrea voice was oh so warm and rich and full of resonance in a way that is dead on Andrea Bocelli, which makes me long for more real acoustical music and voice in my life (as oppose to the digitally mastered, oversampled remixes we have today masquerading as music). I will say that I am and have been a fan of the Three Tenors for a long time and of Andrea Bocelli in particular... and Marcelitos presentation of the Andrea Solo was powerful and beautifully done... he is an amazing talent. Let me add that I saw a reference to Marcelito doing Luther Vandross' 'Dancing with my Father'... have not seen or heard it, so I guess its out there, but we're all fans of Marcelito now. Regarding your first Reaction Video... your reaction was genuine, just as I perceive you to be a genuine and tender woman; therefore, I feel you will do just fine in all your future reactions.
