Bielsa it's just an idiot. That wasn't a proper injury, and referee didn't whistle. Villa players decide to stop playing, who are them? EL LOCO has his teams based on team spirit and within the spirit of the team . I was fortunate enough back in my teenage watched bielsa coached Argentina 🇦🇷. His determination gave me vivid impression and I can’t express my feelings at the elimination of Argentina 🇦🇷. It was a team which remained unbeaten from 2000 till 2002 . Literally, Batistuta and Crespo were injured and not in the best physical state . Even after 1st round Elimination , Argentina had the most shots and highest ball control . It was even dreadful to Watch Michael Owen fell over Pochettino ,Present day Tottenham coach to win a penalty. Anyway Bielsa won the Football Gold medal 🥇 in Athens 2004 . Overall , A great manager Perhaps could have been more pragmatic a bit would have brought him more success . Managers like Guardiola , pochettino , Simeone and Sampaoli all studied from him . A great legacy built by the great man from Santa Fe .

@jackd9928
@jackd9928 5 жыл бұрын
Always play to the whistle. There's a case for Leeds allowing villa to score as bringing the game into disrepute. I'm not a fan of either side but Leeds were under no obligation to put the ball out at all. There is no reason whatsoever to stop play unless it's a head injury and even then it's when the referee says the game stops not before. Leeds could have put the ball out if they liked but that was their choice not villas. I dont know why players and fans have such a hard time understanding this. Doesn't matter what villa did earlier in the game. The goal was perfectly legal. Referee should have taken control of the aftermath much sooner as well and he allowed a 10 minute argument to continue which is poor officiating.
@nickconbrio5310
@nickconbrio5310 5 жыл бұрын
Thanks for that, but we were never going to beat Ipswich by about 12-0 on the final day to sneak into the automatic places, so the decision to gift Villa the equaliser wasn't going to have much consequence, except perhaps in terms of who we meet in the play-offs. The draw makes it more likely that we play Villa twice more this season! Perhaps Bielsa fancies Villa more than Derby!

Fair play to Bielsa. Hopefully Bamford will be fined by the club if the League do not punish him for his actions first.

I think it's damn stupid. Leeds didn't have to shoot the ball out. The rule is that the ref decides. Leeds should've kept playing like they did and Aston Villa was in the wrong for stopping, it's their own damn fault for not keeping playing. They don't decided if the game keeps on going or not. People cheering Bielsa's actions on, for giving Aston Villa a free goal are equally stupid. It's a damn mockery because Leeds didn't do anything wrong in the first place.

Mmmm do you remember when the game was supposse Mmm do you remember when the game was supposed to be fair and Jeff astell was 20 yards offside! The whites all stopped, it was that f---- obvious. But no whistle! Don't remember WBA manager giving Leeds a goal back. Cost us the title in the end I think. And anyway wasn't a foul in the first place. Think he wS trying to take Cooper out!

What's so controversial about this goal? This goal was 100% correct. Referee didn't stop the game, so everything was alright. Referee is the guy who stops the game, not the players. He should not to let Aston Villa score. Villa players started the fight and should be suspended for a long time. What an outrageous behaviour from Aston Villa. Disgusting.

Villa played the ball out whilst in an attacking position for an injured Leeds player, Leeds made it look as though they were going to do the same so the villa players stopped, then Leeds played on and scored. If they did nothing wrong then why would the manager let villa score?

What Bielsa ordered was nice, but fact is he shouldn’t have. You play to the whistle, the referee didn’t blow. Everybody Aston Villa related EXPECTED Leeds to kick the ball out of play, but that’s their choice my friends. But who knows, Villa may have clinched a draw anyway.

DAVE GALEA Leeds good chance of meeting villa in the po final, this should have been 0-0 with Leeds out of form and Villa on the back of 10 wins in a row. It’s very close not much between the two teams. Think a villa Leeds final would be closer than the villa Fulham one, which Fulham only won by stamping Grealish 15 mins in. Leeds in with a good chance and worst case they stay down with a quality manager. UTV.
