As a Brazilian and part of South America, I feel horrified to hear about the situation in Haiti, it shouldn't be allowed to happen. Seeing Haiti as the only country considered underdeveloped on the continent of America, and Brasil must help in the peace mission to control the situation.

To the person that mentioned a Deaf friend in Haiti - what sign does your friend use? My biggest concern with the OTC birth control is that it will encourage some minors to be more promiscuous. ☹️ I'm not overly concerned about women who "don't have access." I really don't think that's an actual issue in the US.

Requiring Trump to turn in the full $454 amount BEFORE he is allowed to appeal should be illegal. I don't think anyone should ever be required to pay anything before being allowed to appeal. All Americans should have the right to appeal any ruling without paying a single dollar first.
