Just as a head's up...those sticky notes came with a warning about tearing paper. So you might want to test them before putting in a book! Saw it on an unboxing video so don't have them myself but I know I'd be upset if they damaged a book!

Yikes. Strange they would make them specifically like they're meant to be used in books when they can tear the paper.

@@willowingwhispers2612 I have to wonder since the printing is off (every opening I saw commented on it) if there was an error in manufacturing so they put a warning on it and just shipped it anyway?

@@LJG7654 Yeah I've never seen a warning on any of these so I'm thinking I might avoid using them... or test them out on a book I don't really care about. Very strange that they have issues with it

I bought fathomfolk because it is a work of art. The reviews are pretty awful so it was a decent price. But it's pretty low on my TBR

Hello! I finally decided to try a book subscription and decided to try Locked Library (their books are so pretty!). So I will share my thoughts next month, when it gets to me. Now, to commenting the video: - Ilumicrate: The keychain is pretty! For the trident, my first thought was Percy Jackson, but it doesn't really look like it would be from it; I would never guess it's Poppy War (but I must admit that I haven't read past the first half of first book) I love the book design. Never heard of that one. Endpapers look really really good, and it all makes me want to check that book. - the empire of the damned has pretty painted edges, but I don't really like the white design of the cover. -fairyloot: destroy the day looks very nice. Love the color choice (red + yellow). I haven't heard of that author / book either. - Illumicrate 2: I don't really love the dust jacket, but hardcover is really nice - i'd love to have like a print of that art to just hang in my room. - Owlcrate: The "Go away" sign is so funny. Another book I don't know. Feels like too much gold foil. I hate that, because it rubbs off too easy. Inside art and edges are really nice. Spirited Away was a really good movie. Fun fact - I've seen part of it when I was very little, and remembered the scene with train for years before I watched the movie again. - Fairyloot: A Tempest of Tea looks really interesting. I mean, I've been following the author for a few months, and really wanted to read it; but I really really like this edition. I will try getting it next month. There are some cheap-ish resells, but I really don't have more money for books this month (and I will probably buy another 1 or 2 books, but hopefully I can get mum to pay for them :) + Polish books are much cheaper, even with painted edges) Also, I'm sorry - my vocabulary feels very poor today. Feels like I said exactly the same things about all the items.

@@Akuliszi I removed that comment. I think it was spam ugh. Anyway! I would LOVE to do Locked Library, but I have too many already lol so I hope you love the books that come. I loved your breakdown of the boxes! Not repetitive at all! It's super fun to read throughout what other people think of the things in the boxes.

@@kimberlyreads I've seen on Locked Library's Instagram, that they're looking for content creators to promote their boxes, so maybe it's worth trying? If it isn't too late - I don't remember what was their deadline. I will share my thoughts when I get the first box. They seem to have a slight delay on past two ones (march and april), but from what I see, a lot of subscription boxes are delayed recently. :/ I hope they will sort that out before may box (that's the first one I can get)

@@Akuliszi I actually looked into that when it came out and sadly they're just focused on TikTok and Instagram which is annoying. I always think KZbin is a missed out marketing tool for companies because people who watch KZbin videos tend to be more involved with the videos than they are with scrolling content on Insta and TikTok

I missed out on the Fairyloot Romantasy box since it sold out before it was offered to General public. I’m on the wait list for the Adult Fantasy too 😭 I get the YA book only for them to try and save a bit of money and I don’t have to room for all the stuff I get. The book is really pretty. Will you be making a library in the new house to accommodate all your books?

We are pending on our new house and it has a relaly nice large spare room that we're going to change into a library/board game/youtube filming space. So I'm hoping it comes out pretty nice
