That 302 day was pretty clever Dan,I was happy to be there.

That was an excellent video, Dan, and the backstory about your brother's John Deere was great. You took us back decades and completed the circle in just a couple of minutes with that interesting recollection of the reunion of a boy and his machine. Some of your best work gets done when you're "on a roll (23:05)" Carry on.

Thank you for the story. It means a lot to me I wish I had the tractors I farm with We do have some. It really brings back memories when you sit on them and fire them up

Hey Dan. Three things I know are different between the early years and supers. 1 shorter torque lever. Shorter axles. Pto doesn’t have a hub on the rear end casting. Also I don’t think the earlier ones had the extra draft controls for the 3 point. Keep up the videos you’re creating new MM collectors.

Dan a very enjoyable video. I love hearing all about the old tractors. T love old tractors not any specific brand I love them all. To hear the history and everything that you talk about in your videos is great. I could watch your videos all day long and never get tired of them. Thanks

A couple other things that were different from the 70 u302 compared to the older ones was the 1970 I believe had a slightly larger throat / bore on the carb. The 1970 also had a inferior/ cheaper pto engagement system. Which i believe my dad said used a snap ring in place of a collar or sleeve to actuate the pto clutch against. My dad spent many hours on multiple occasions putting the inferior pto design back together. Our 67 u302 never had any pto problems with the older design. Did sell that m5?

M5 is still here. I haven’t listed it yet.

How did you learn all this knowledge about Molines? I'm sure there would have been probably a price difference back in the day, when they where sold new?

All I know is I think they are all really neat. I wouldn't mind any one of these. How did you get into Moline sir, family favorites the way I gather.

Hey Dan, another great video. You said the 302 diesel was prone to head gasket blowing, and something about end play in the crankshaft. Is this common with a 302 diesel? Is there anything else I should look for when I go to view that tractor over here? Best wishes. Peter 🇬🇧🚜
