I got the Yen toner recently and its spray hit me in the face 😂 Glad to know I'm not alone in this. I read an interview of Supadra Geronimo a while ago, and if I recall correctly, she said this Yen toner is her favorite product from the range.

I’m obsessed with both of these. I so want the full size of the morning cleanser. I’ve been dying to try something from this brand and they did not disappoint! Also I spray in hand and do a patting motion like you would with Korean essence step

Been looking forward to your review! I've used the cleansing balm, moisture balm and the Twilight serum, which is an amazing oil serum that has aloe in it. I grew to love the scents over time and came to think of them as smelling like what I imagine a humid Southeast Asian forest smells like. My sensitive skin absolutely loved these products and nothing else I've used made such a dramatic difference in my skin in such a short amount of time. The Yen looks to be similar to a Korean essence. So happy these products have found their way to BH and will be interested to hear your thoughts after you've used them for a while. xo Cheryl

Hi Cheryl! Sounds like you have pretty substantial experience with the brand. I might be most curious about the cleansing balm and powdered mask! But your description of Southeast Asian forest - YES! I started nodding my head vigorously when I read that.

Loved this review and video Mercedes, as per usual 😊 Regarding your question about what element in a formulation may have the ability to penetrate the sub dermal layers of the skins are essential oils. That is for cosmetics though, other molecules have this ability but they will be regarded as medicine and will not be found in cosmetics. Those Linne products erked me to no end. The large clumps were ridiculous. My shower looked like a disaster 😂😂😂

Yeah I've found that if I'm very judicious and just apply to upper body it's ok, but I know what you mean. I will say it's better than the disaster that has been any sort of "coffee" scrub I've ever tried to use.

Yeah it's a very good question and one that's prevented me from making a health update video! The short answer is I think I would, but with caveats. It was a tremendous learning experience that I'm very grateful for. Hoping to do that video in the near term

Great review. I always struggle with longer ingredient lists in that I always WANT to love and have products with as many actives as possible. Maybe it has to do with the feeling of worth. However, some of the products that have worked the best on me are simplest of formulations (like skinowl pm drops)....

I was thrilled for this box as I’ve been curious about this brand for a while. I also agree that BH seems psychic; I needed something like this for my current dry skin. So far, so good. I haven’t had any irritation yet and my skin has looked nice in the morning. I haven’t tried the face wash yet though. I did attempt to spray Yen on my face when I first got the box. Big mistake! Ha. It def requires hands and it’s not a mid day spray for me: but that’s ok.

So I actually do believe BH is psychic..because I’ve wanted a toning mist for a few months now. I bought the Khus Khus sans age last month with the Fitglow elective box and have enjoyed it despite its funky scent. So you can imagine I’m over the moon about Siam Seas. I’ve only used it once, but I do love the scent. I also love the idea of the sidekick, I kinda wanted something for a second cleanse. Unfortunately the pump on it is broken, and I might need to figure out a another way to use it. But anyways, lovely review as always! XOXO

I was very tempted with the Khus Khus hydrolats but I thought they might not be hydrating enough and seemed light on the humectants - thoughts? (also you should email BH to get a replacement cleanser). xoxo.

i have been dying for this review ever since i received my box. i really like the smell of the toner and use it the same way after a forceful hit to one of my eyes that was not fun at all. i am glad i watched this as i haven't tried the cleanser yet and im sensitive so i will wait until i need an to exfoliate. im obsessed with those linne products as well but the packaging is sooooooooo bad, so bad..... i may have to repackage the cleanser.

My BH package is delayed but I actually loved watching this before getting to test this new to me brand myself. Always love your reviews. Can't wait to see if it smells like a floral green smoothie! Lol. Excited for both of these products

I cannot get over the sent, it smells of a strong herbal medicine but not very soothing or pleasant. I like the idea and packaging of the product and will give it a bit more time but I am not sure the price is justifiable. 🤔
