Good for you Tina for addressing a problem that a lot of us suffer from time to time. Blinking horrible when you’ve got it! Cleverly marketed product calling that intimate wash “for down there”! Now….isn’t it maddening when your favourite perfume is discontinued? I think it is fairly traumatic having to find a new perfume you like as it can be an expensive mistake! A few years back I went t into the perfume shop and a lovely young girl, with the aid of her computer, helped me choose a few to try. I chose Scandal, John Paul Gaultier, in the end and love it. I was very grateful to that assistant for her help. Hope your shoulder continues to improve Tina.xx Liz

Loved this Tina,great selection. Great tip about the intimate wash,glad you got over the embarrassment as it’s so helpful if you suffer.I certainly do. Going to have a listen to the audio book and I’m also a fan of Lesley Pearse and just to let you know Tina she’s written her own autobiography which apparently is very interesting as She’s had quite an up and down life. I’ve yet to read it but it’s on my list.😊

Hello Tina,,That was valuable information for women who are sensitive as I am to rashes. So I must watch the products I use..Tina you are a joy to watch I am sure many of us would love to have a cup of tea,coffee or a drink with you..I use Voltaren on my knees for arthritis it really helps. ❤

Thank you Dez. Funnily enough I have been using the shampoo from the same company as the intimate wash - wildmint. They sent me some with the products. I do like it but it is not cheap. I remember when everyone used fem fresh. We didn’t know about ph balance etc then.

I don't think we should be embarrassed to talk about these things, after all 50% of the population has a 🌮 but somehow we are still very coy. I have suffered with cystitis all my adult life so am always interested in products that help. I take D-mannose and drink plenty of water and along with not using perfumed products, this helps keep the attacks at bay. 🤞 Your new necklace is lovely by the way. See you next time, love Liz xx

I had one of those dish brushes and they are good but to be honest with you I rely on those heavy duty green scourers. They wear soft for general washing up. Youth Dew was worn by Joan Crawford.

I've been given diclofenac gel on prescription for neck arthritis Tina. It's good but nothing works as well for me as Ibuprofen tablets! I agree about glass bottles in bathrooms (or anywhere that has ceramic items of any kind!).

Morning Tina yes I use Voltarol and find it helps. My hair used to get lank after a few washes to I tried a shampoo without silicone and it’s made such a difference to my hair I can go about 6 days now without washing it. Thank you for sharing your recommendations it helps a lot of people x

Hi Tina Voltarol gel is good. I took the tablets for them but have discounted it so I take a higher strength painkiller which helps me a lot as I have fibromyalgia and helps with the pain too.. I use miniml hand wash soap for intimate wash as it has clementine in it and the oh is zero. I love sanctuary stuff and use the hand cream which is beautiful. I ordered a blue linen dress from next ready for the summer. All the best. Rhian x

Hi Tina. Thank you for sharing your favourites with us. Have you tried taking a supplement called mannose d for cystitis I was having a lot of problems with constant UTIs and cystitis and was told to not use any fragranced soap, bath stuff etc too. My dr suggested trying mannose d supplement and touch wood I’ve had no issues since and I only use fragrance free soap and bath stuff. If you have a problem down there will the lacura bath product not irritate it 😌so be careful. I love Estee Lauder products and knowing was 1 of my favourites. I also wore Youth Dew in the 70/80s and my friends always complained that the smell was too heady for them 😂. I also like Beautiful and I was once in a petrol station when a young man said to me what a beautiful perfume you’re wearing and I said that’s the name of it 🤣🤣
