Love this monthly faves and take your book suggestions as we seem to have similar tastes, the sanctuary body butter is currently in TKMaxx for £2.99 a tub, such a bargain and has such a lush feel to it when on the skin.

I’m with you on the walking! I have a golden retriever but my knees are quite dodgy so most of my exercise now is just walking him! I would like to swim more but don’t really have time and I don’t drive- the nearest leisure centre is a half hour walk away and I have 11 year old twins (year 6). I read the family upstairs and the family remains by Lisa Jewell in March. Great books. Highly recommend. Always like seeing your book recommendations too

I think you were thinking of rejuvenate and not regenerate! I don’t drive and have walked everywhere all my life! I love it. Just gives me time out to think or not to have to think, depending on the struggles of the week! It’s free, good for your health and getting outside each day does you the world of good. I usually end up walking 24-26 miles each week, unless the weather is really bad! Glad you have started to enjoy walking-did you not continue with your running after you’d bought all the gear! Maybe another thing to do to get you out x

To get old wax out of a wax burner just melt the wax again & wipe it away with some kitchen towel, brand new 👍🏻

Easy way to get an old wax melt out is to pop the burner in your freezer for 15 mins ir so, it will then just fall out, I do this all of the time
