I totally get it! Some months are tough. After an intense season of my life I got into a spiral of binge and restrict eating. I ended up with kidney stones which was a huge eye opener. I’m also on the journey of low buy because I need to find balance. Eating and shopping can distract us from real issues. Balance is key! Thanks for sharing😊

Great video! Some months will be harder than others, but you're trying your best. My low spend February was pretty good. I bought a new pair of glasses that i didn't necessarily need, but oh well.
