About a week ago I ordered an HP z420 with a Xeon E5 1603 and 16GB of ram in Quad Channel off of eBay for $52. I've been very pleased with that purchase. Thanks to some older Tech Yes City videos I knew that LGA 2011 had plenty of cheap options for upgrades so I had to jump on the chance when I found that whole system for so cheap. I put an R9 270 inside there and it's gaming like a champ. I think I'll upgrade to a E5-1620 V2 sometime in the near future.

Tech YES City Maybe? I only know that those Xeons only take UDIMM ECC not RDIMM ECC (registered ECC). At least I have never gotten those chips to take RDIMM’s ever. Maybe try 2Rx8 config RDIMMs? Normal RDIMMs are 2Rx4 and only Broadwell or later have a chance to run them.

Definitely the Haswell's, PSU and 16GB Ram is best deal. Worst deal in my opinion is the RTX 2070 Super, it's a lovely card but just too high a price even in excellent condition. I got an Asus GTX 1080 (roughly comparable to an RTX 2060 Super) in great condition for $400 back in January just west 15 mins of Bristown. Something about the RTX series in general is overpriced, I can see Umart it's basically $1,000 so it makes sense that you'd want to pay $650 especially given the current economic climate to these items. With NVIDIA's delayed release now it doesn't look like it'll be dropping for awhile sadly.
