Damn that is a clean, strong, disciplined sound. No overblowing. No intonation issues. You can tell these kids are fundamentally sound which is perfect for 100 principles of music. Looking forward to what should be a great year!

I was on the yard frim 77-81, and when these kids played SOS, I just closed my eyes and it took me back ! ! The future off the 100 is safe with tbese kids coming along ! !

I looked through some older famu band camps, and this to me was one of the best sounding. At least it's up there with the great sounding ones. Bright future!

I absolutely agree! I was like well damnnnn I’d strongly try to recruit these kids when they’re ready for college….. I hope they all graduate and keep the GPA’s up because Famu is actually tough now to get into. With that being said this summer band camp has been one of the strongest and best sounding as well. Great job campers and staff!
