Wow! What a insight into the struggles of BLACK WOMEN in an industry that is predominantly white male run! I take my hats off to you women, having the strength of character to, quote “stick two fingers up” to the status quo and show them your true value and worth! Loved every minute of this. Thank you Marcia and guests, it’s something I can show my daughter here in Germany, as a dual nationality woman in a Caucasian land how saying yes I can, and believing will always win through.
