We have already the skills. We must improve our conditioning ng mga athletes. Very scientific ung Japan sa mga ganyan. Kaya full power talaga players nila. Parang super human. Sa atin medyo kulang sa conditioning. Lalo na women team natin... Malalambot... And also, psychological strength and will to win... Medyo sobra tau sa smiles habang naglalaro . Lalo na women team uli natin... If I'm given the chance to be one of the conditioning and psychological coach for our volleyball athletes, it could greatly improve our performance level.... Bravo Zulu to Bagunas and Espejo! These athletes really have international calibers!

Ang difference lang ni espejo at nishida is the position. Marck can do quick, backrow, open kumbaga versatile player siya while Nishida is opposite. fat chance. Nishida can't win a match without proper team,... Nishida's team 'JTEKT' is within top 5 of the league that season (and now currently the champions) meanwhile Espejo is playing for one of the bottom ranking team 'Wiesse Adler'. espejo performed way better in every match it's just his team cannot keep up against high ranking teams. by the way Espejo won the 2nd game against JTEKT and he completely obliterated Nishida. he scored 36 pts and blocked Nishida 6 times. now tell me who is step higher? Nishida is really strong but that's it, Espejo can play strong too but he has more to offer like perfect receiving, excellent sets, godly blocking, libero level of digs and reflexes. ugh i cant forget Nishida's frustrated face everytime espejo blocks him... he was on the verge of crying 😂😂😂
