Different types of players. He's more centered around his ability to read the field and arrive where the ball will be faster than anybody else thanks to his god-given physicality. Van Basten had beautiful technique and we probably will never see Haaland replicating him. He will score a lot more tho.

I didnt used to know marco van basten but in 2021 i downlaoded a game called pes 2021 it was a football game and there i got a iconic player which was marco and from that very first game with marco i liked him so much in game that i quickly searched for him in the internet and found out about his short career winning 3ballon dors and 300+ goals scored for me marco is the best cf in the entire football history . I know there are many good player but for me i will prefer marco over everyone ig over CR7 also 🙃🙃

Da interista ricordo molti di questi gol perché al tempo era una delle attrazioni mondiali. Non è un caso che Capello fece vedere i suoi filmati a Ibrahimovic, giocatore con le stesse caratteristiche fisiche e tecniche. Con la differenza che Van Basten era un po' più bravo in tutto, colpo di testa particolarmente e senso della posizione, e una velocità di esecuzione simile a quella di Ronaldo R9 con il quale ha condiviso sia la capacità di colpire di destro e sinistro indifferentemente, da fermo o lanciato, sia la fragilità fisica.
