Here is the best way for any player to defeat the warden. It is a very tough mob to beat but in the end, it might just be rewarding.

The ancient city isn’t the only place where you can find the warden. You can find it anywhere in a deep dark biome. And for those who don’t know how or where to find an ancient city, the ancient city is often found deep down under mountains that have a high altitude, and it is often located in snowy biomes. This has helped me locate the ancient city, and I’ve managed to find several ancient cities because of it. The ancient city is likely to generate in a desert, but you can go there and try it there.

As someone who farmed ancient city to death here is some tips: 1. Bring pants with swift sneak 3 of you have, some hoes, shears and maybe some torches you dont need more 2. Set up a base nearby where you can run to if you are followed but it should be about 20 blocks away from the city to avoid boom 3. Just sneak sprint around an break the shreakers you can sorround them with whool to avoid them from activating 4. If the warden spawns just run away you have enough time to escape his aggro range You dont really need armor in a one on one situation you are dead anyway

⁠@@christoffervik9997The Warden can follow you if you're not quiet enough or if your scent is still attracting the Warden within 20 blocks. As far as I'm aware, it takes one minute for the Warden to disappear if it doesn't sense any vibrations or detect any scent at all within its radius.

the warden is meant to be a punishment, not a boss. You're supposed to sneak around and not summon the warden. That's why you have three chances before it spawns. That's why its drop is garbage.

I understand that Minecraft players always find ways to cheese things. But I wish the Warden was even stronger. It should be able to shoot the blasts past the height limit. I think it should even be able to squeeze into pits or tunnels the player digs.

1st Easiest method: iron golem that you regen at every single hit by using iron on the golem. 2nd Easiest method: stack TNT minecart and make them explode on the Warden. 3rd Easiest method: kamikaze you by summoning 5 wither bosses, they will handle the Warden with their projectiles.

if you want something more intense: netherite armor: -protection 4 -unbreaking 3 -thorns 3 -mending -none of the armor specific enchantments (like respiration) really matter. swift sneak would be useless considering you’ve already summoned the warden weapons: -sharpness 5 netherite sword/axe -power 5 bow and arrow specials: -1 strength II potion (1:30) -1 speed II potion (1:30) -3 turtle master potions (resistance 4, slowness 6, 0:20) -1 enchanted golden apple -regular golden apples (optional)

You can farm the warden by constantly activating a shrieker with a piston. If you surround the piston with a hole covered in trap doors then the warden will fall in at the bottom of the hole have a water stream which pushes the warden into a mine cart entity Cranmer with hopper underneath

My dude, the Sculk Catalyst is plentiful in the Deep Dark as it naturally generates as well as it is a loot in Ancient City Chests. All that time and effort for a block that is rather easily obtained through other means. Just one was enough to make a Sculk XP Storage farm.

Warden can pierce through armor toughness and protection, not resistance. So a full prot IV is quite useless as full netherite

I wonder, if you just shoot it instead with arrows of the turtle master, you dont have to worry about it ever catching you? Also, never getting blasted by it's sonic boom, as it isnstill technically able to pathfind and move to you... just be prepared with a few stacks of those arrows, as im sure you could end up with a lot of wardens slowly inching their way towards you lol.

you can actually trap him a wool(or any block) when he is crawling out the ground and no i dont mean by doing the same thing, you can actually suffocate him because while he is emerging, only the hitbox is on the ground so that mean that you can make the wool cage lower on the roof (while he is emerging) and after he emerge you can make a hole so that you can hit the warden, because the suffocation damage doesnt have time before the warden digs out and escape, you only need a singular punch that AND RUN FOR YOUR LIFE and it will end this man carrier (cause of suffocation)

Someone suggested making the reinforced deep slate upgrade netherite to even stronger armour, so the warden should drop the template for that, and if you mine the blocks in the portal thing it gives you reinforced deep slate shards that you combine into an ingot or something, sounded really cool tbh
