special session by the senate maybe called by the president for legislative purposes only [ according to CJ ] , and once the senate is convened to enact urgent legislation , the senate can now organized an impeachment trial since they are now convened [ according to CJ again ]. Anong tawag natin doon? SINGIT or INSERTION or PALUSOT na man. Akala ba natin sa budget lang may insertion pati rin pala sa impeachment process meron din?
